Fruity Curdy Shake

Fruity Curdy Shake

Usually every Sunday is our fruit/vegetable shake day! You might have seen different kinds of shakes I posted before. This is one such shake my hubby and daughter have prepared on one Sunday. They presented it in a pretty way.
Here is the recipe:

Ingredients: (Serves 2)
  • 1 Orange, skin removed
  • 2 small Pears, peeled and cut into medium pieces
  • An Apple, peeled and cut into medium pieces
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup low-fat yogurt (Vanilla) (or any flavor of your choice)
Note: You may use any combination of fruits.

Method:
Fruity Curdy Shake
  1. Blend all the ingredients except yogurt into a smoothie.
  2. Then to serve: in a glass, pour some yogurt at the bottom and spread it around like in the picture.
  3. Then pour the smoothie in the middle just like the picture below and enjoy.
  4. I must say it not only looked good but also tasted delicious.

On a Different Note:

Dear Kalai has made my day by passing the lovely “Blogging with a Purpose”, “Yummy Blog” and “Yum-Yum Blog” awards. Thank you so much dear! So happy to see you back in action!
