Home Remedies

Every one of us gets some or other health problems now and then. We don’t have to run to the doctor for all these small ailments. We can use our pantry to cure some of these ailments. I mean, some of the items we use in our daily cooking will be useful for curing a certain ailment. Am I right? OK, then!

This page discusses about such home remedies that we can do ourselves with simple cooking items available at our home. I usually look for such home remedies as it is the natural way to cure small ailments instead of using medicines for everything. I learned some from mom, mother-in-law and other family members and of course friends. I even collected some useful remedies through magazines, TV etc. I thought it would be so useful for many who look for home remedies.

I will keep updating this page as soon as I came to know of new remedies.
