Papaya is considered to be the fruit of the angels for its
soft, butter-like texture and sweetness. Papayas are so rich in antioxidant
nutrients like carotenes, Vitamin C and Flavonoids. They are fiber rich fruits.
These nutrients said to help in protection against colon cancer and for a
healthy cardiovascular system.
Even though I know a lot of these health facts about Papaya,
I never tried this wonderful fruit before. Somehow, I neglected it. But now I
determined that I should eat papaya often for the all the nutrients it
possesses.
