Deep-Fried Bagels

Deep-Fried Bagels
This is a quick fix snack for evenings!! I can assure you that these tasted super delicious and the good thing is that bagels when deep fried absorb very less oil. We won’t get that oily feeling when we touch or eat them just like many other deep-fried items.

Ingredients:
  • 3 Bagels
  • 1 cup Rice Flour
  • ½ tsp red Chili Powder
  • Salt
  • Oil to deep-fry
Preparation:
  1. Separate bagels into slices. Keep aside.
  2. Add chili powder to rice flour and make a thin batter by adding required amount of water. Add salt to the batter and mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Dip each bagel slice in the batter and drop carefully into the hot oil. Deep fry until the bagels turn golden brown in color.
  4. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel to remove excess oil.
  5. Enjoy these yummy bagels with a cup of tea/coffee. These are crunchy outside and soft inside. Sooo yummy!!
