Let's see the recipe:

Ingredients:
  • 4 Bread Slices
  • 1 cup Chickpea Flour (శనగపిండి, Besan)
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • Buttermilk or Water, as needed to mix the batter
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
Preparation:
  1. Add chili powder and salt to chickpea flour and make thin batter by adding buttermilk or water. Keep aside.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan. Cut each bread slice into 4 pieces lengthwise.
  3. Dip each piece into the prepared batter and arrange them on the pan side by side. Pour little oil around each piece and let it cook.
  4. When cooked on one side, flip the pieces so that other side is cooked as well. When done, remove them from the pan and transfer to a serving plate.
  5. Repeat the same process with rest of the pieces.
